What we collect
Contact details you give us: your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number including country code.
Your Discovery responses: the option you selected for each of the 21 leadership situations, and the pattern scores calculated from them.
Basic technical context recorded when you submit: your browser's user agent, the page that referred you, the path you landed on, your time zone, your language setting, and your screen width. We do not record your IP address and we do not use any form of device fingerprinting.
Why we collect it
To send you your pattern discovery, to arrange a complimentary 45-minute Leadership Fitness Unpack if you want one, and to improve the Discovery itself using aggregated, de-identified response patterns. The technical context above is used only to understand which channels bring leaders to the Discovery and to check the experience works on the devices people actually use.
Optional AI analysis
If you switch on AI analysis, your answer selections and pattern scores may be sent to OpenAI to produce a deeper written interpretation of your discovery. We use OpenAI's API with a current-generation GPT-5 model, which under OpenAI's API data policy does not use submitted data to train their models.
What is shared: answer selections, section scores, and pattern totals. What is never shared: your name, email address, phone number, employer, or any other identifying detail. The prompt we send contains no contact information of any kind.
Your scores are never produced by AI. Every number in your report comes from the OrgFit Leadership Fitness algorithm; the AI only writes the interpretation around those fixed scores. This is why two people with the same discovery receive the same result.
Interpretations are cached against an anonymous fingerprint of the pattern scores themselves, never against you, so an identical discovery reuses an existing interpretation instead of being sent again.
You can decline AI analysis and still receive your complete results, produced entirely by our own algorithm. You can also withdraw consent later by contacting us. Each report records which method produced it, and that is shown to you on your results, in your PDF and in your email.
Where your data lives
We would rather tell you exactly who processes your data than describe it vaguely. These are our providers:
Supabase (database and storage), hosted in the Sydney, Australia region (ap-southeast-2), which is where your responses and contact details are stored.
Vercel (application hosting), which serves this website and runs the server code that generates your report.
OpenAI (optional AI interpretation), used only if you switch AI analysis on, and only with the de-identified data described above.
Zoho Mail (email delivery), used to send your report to the address you gave us.
Calendly (booking), used only if you choose to book an Unpack conversation.
Some of these providers operate outside New Zealand, so your data may be processed overseas under their respective data protection commitments.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. Access is limited to the OrgFit International team delivering the Leadership Fitness programme, and to the providers listed above acting on our instructions.
We keep your details only as long as needed for the conversation you asked for, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Reply to any message you receive from us and we will action it.
